Assistant Engineer at HyD (2024 – Present)

Agreement No. CE 52/2023(HY) Proposed Pedestrian Environment Works in Kwun Tong Business Area – Ngau Tau Kok Portion – Design and Construction. This Agreement mainly includes the construction of a new Subway S1 across Elegance Road, Kwun Tong Road and Hang Yip Street to connect the existing joint-user facility Subways at the entrance structure with lift provision near Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station.

Agreement No. CE 18/2019(CE) Development of Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase - Design and Construction.

• Coordinate and management of the design projects and preparation the engineering Reports
• Assist in the tender assessment and preparation of tender documents adopting the NEC HK edition
• Design for the site formation for housing, community, commercial and other developments
• Work on engineering infrastructures works especially Falling Bypass, Flyover, new interchanges with widening of Fanling Highway for connection with KTN NDA
• Work on local roads, cycle tracks, drainage, sewerage, waterworks, pumping station, fresh water and flushing water service reservoirs
• Implement landscaping work and environmental mitigation measures for the works

Project Manager at DSD (2023 – 2024)

Contract No. DC/2018/11 - Upgrading of Central and East Kowloon Sewerage – Phase 3. Provision of professional assistance to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager and the Resident Engineers.

Agreement No. CE 23/2019 (HY) - Footbridge Linking Fanling MTR Station and Luen Wo Hui – Feasibility Study. Studying the engineering feasibility of a potential footbridge linking Fanling MTR Station and Luen Wo Hui. The project involves the improvement of the connectivity between Fanling MTR Station and Luen Wo Hui, especially in light of the foreseeable rapid development in the area in future years.
