Hello! I’m Rex. It’s a pleasure to meet you! I am a student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Japanese Studies. I started mixology at university by attending the class of the Hong Kong cocktail school and I completed the International Bartender Association Certification and the West Level 2 last year.
I also participated at the Hong Kong cocktail competition several times, such as the 11th Hong Kong cocktail completion organized by the Hong Kong Cocktail School and the Italian Cocktail Challenge organized by the Italy Bartender Association and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. I have carried part-time bartender jobs in The Owl Lounge and The Right Place which are located in Central and TST respectively. I am a novice in the bartending industry, but I am determined and enthusiasm to learn every knowledge and skill for operating a bar.
