I am also competent with presentation and design softwares such as, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3DsMAX Design. I am also familiar with ArchSD Project Administration Handbook, Contractor Management Handbook, DWSS, 4S, QSSP requirements.

I value communications among project team members to resolve matters swiftly. However, I also require site staffs under my lead to keep good track record of all works with RFIs.
