• Experienced Project Manager:

In 2018, after completing all design services for Hengqin Novotown Project Phase 1 and started the Phase 2 design phase,

I had the privilege to join my client as Novotown’s PIC (Project-in-Charge), in charge of both design and construction, growing a solid team from 15 to 60 staffs, and orchestrated the handover of the entire Phase 1 and significantly completed the Harrow Zhuhai Campus in Phase 2.

• Award-winning Placemaker:

  After Novotown Phase 1 publicly opened in 2021, it’s spatial design excellence was recognized by RLI and presented with the Global Best Placemaking Awards. 

• Infrastructure, D&B (Design & Build), NEC Professional:

  I have been a project architect since 2006. From 2021 onwards, I have been managing two Highway Dept. D&B Projects, one with Gammon and the another with BuildKing. Besides providing architectural services and packages, I led the multi-discipline coordination, advised on contract (NEC 3 & NEC 4), submission roadmap, and daily project management to steer the project from Design stages thru Construction.

• Hotel Development Specialist:

Not only have I designed hotels for different int’l operators but orchestrated a staged handover of the Hyatt Regency Hengqin (500 keys, a giant MICE venue, 4 F&B, Sky Bar, Spa & Gym Center, an indoor & outdoor pool, and a Camp Hyatt Kids Club.)

• Regenerative Design Advocate:

  Sustainability have been my interest for 20 years. Apart from begin a LEED & WELL AP, I have worked on other rating system and framework, incl. Beam Plus, China and Australia Green Star, ESG etc. My latest achievement: Helping the CKR Admin. Building to attain the highest score in Beam Plus history.

• Full BIM Implementation Trainer and MMC Enabler

  I am capable of driving and delivering a full BIM multi-discipline project from start to finish. With in-depth knowledge of the industry and the skill to manipulate BIM parameters, I’m a backer of adopting MMC incl. MiC, AI, VR/AR, technology related to smart construction and operation etc, securing their full potential.

• A/A (Alterations and Additions) Expert:

A/A project requires careful attention at both macro and micro level.

The recently completed Lee Garden Shanghai showcased how the potential in the existing were fully unlocked, it starts with the sound strategies and ends with the complementing details.

• China Guru:

I have 18 years of China project experience. During our time in Zhuhai, I had the chance to work close with Local China Gov. to complete pilot project and advance industry law-making reform.
