Timothy Li has 5 years of site experience working on the Central Kowloon Route – Yau Ma Tei West and Trunk Road T2 project. He was appointed as an Assistant Resident Engineer, responsible for supervising the progress, programme and quality of construction works, reviewing the Contractor’s design, and coordinating with various CKR Contracts, Government Departments and UU parties.
In addition, he has accumulated over 3 years of experience in a design office, where he has been responsible for project administration, independent checking of temporary works design, structural modelling and design of infrastructure (including pedestrian footbridge, building structures and temporary works) for various projects in Hong Kong, including Kai Tak Sports Park, Central Kowloon Route - Yau Ma Tei East and Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant.

Assisted Resident Engineer (RE) in reviewing and approving the Contractor's temporary work design and method statement for site management, addressing Technical Queries, preparing of Variation Orders, creating site sketches and supervising road works and UU construction. He was also responsible for coordination and communication with other Government Departments and UU parties.
Contract No. ED/2018/04 Trunk Road T2 and Infrastructure Works for Developments at the Former South Apron.
Assisted RE in evaluating the technical design and calculation of temporary works, preparing Variation Order for implementation of MiC method and ensuring quality control of welds and concrete. He was responsible for the Preparation of Excavation permit application and performing site inspection for the installation, defective and outstanding works of MiC modular unit.
