Project Coordinator at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (2023-12 – Present)
- A&A Lift tower for Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Mar 2024 – Present): The additional lift tower aims to improve the patient journey and access to the existing hospital building, acting as an Advanced Work to prepare for the hospital's redevelopment.
Key responsibilities include liaising with end users, developing interior design, and coordinating with consultants and architects to prepare designs and submissions to the Buildings Department.
- Land Lease Modification and Land Premium Appeal for Redevelopment of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Dec 2023 – Jun 2026): The lease of the hospital was modified to suit the needs of the redevelopment. A 70% reduction of the premium was achieved.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with lands consultants, liaising with the Lands Department, and preparing the Land Premium Appeal Report.
- Exploratory study for Redevelopment of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Dec 2025 – Mar 2026): Managed consultants conducting an exploratory study for the redevelopment project, formulated the key scope of works for the consultant team, and identified the risks of the hospital's redevelopment.
- Preparation of Employer's Requirement for Redevelopment of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Sep 2024 – Sep 2025): Managed the consultant team to prepare the Employer's Requirement for the Project.
Key responsibilities include coordinating user engagement meetings, formulating the patient journey and workflow procedures, and developing the NOFA and SoA for the GBP.
- Procurement Approach Study and Cost Plan Preparation for Redevelopment of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Oct 2024 – Sep 2025): Managed the quantity surveyor to develop a procurement approach and cost plan for the Project. Compared appropriate procurement approaches for works, including Design-Bid-Build, Design and Build, and Management Contracts.
- Preparation and obtain 1st approval of General Building Plan of Redevelopment of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Oct 2023 – Jan 2025): Coordinated with the consultant team to develop the 1st General Building Plan (GBP) of the Project. Used the GBP to obtain the 1st GBP approval from the BD and S16 approval from the Planning Department.
Key responsibilities included user engagement, design development, liaising with government departments, and site investigation work management, including GI, TIA, NTHS report, CAR report, TPRP report, etc.
- A&A Surgical ward and negative pressure room renovation - Main contractor termination & re-entry, dispute claim handle and damage control (Jun 2023 – Dec 2025): Terminated the original main contractor for the A&A surgical ward, handled disputes, retendered for a new main contractor, and mitigated potential risks of arbitration. Project damages to the hospital and patients were minimized, and the project was completed according to the program.
- A&A Surgical ward and negative pressure room renovation (Jun 2021 – Dec 2024): Submitted A&A, combining and renovating the existing surgical ward, Specialist Outpatient Clinic, and rehabilitation centre into a 2-storey, 85-bed surgical ward, including 7 negative pressure rooms. Smart clinical operation technology, including an Infotainment System on each inpatient bed, was installed.
- A&A Remedial and modification of Clinical Laboratory and Pathology (Jun 2021 – Mar 2024): The project involved submitting A&A, remedial works, and the refurbishment of the Clinical Laboratory and Pathology without impacting the 24/7 operations of laboratory tests.
- Renovation of Adventist Medical Center at Hysan 2 (Apr 2023 – Jan 2024): Renovated a new Medical Center with 8 Consultation Rooms, a Pharmacy, Treatment Rooms, ECG, Laser, Eye Consultation rooms, a Urology consult room, Triage, a Treadmill room, and a Child Development Center. The project was completed within budget and on time despite being constructed in a commercial building.

- Renovation of Matilda Clinic at Caine Road at Central (Jan 2016 – Jan 2017): Renovated a new Family Clinic with 2 GP Consultation Rooms.
- Renovation of Matilda Medical Center at Prosperity Tower at Central (Apr 2015 – Oct 2015): Renovated a new Medical Center with 6 Consultation Rooms, a Pharmacy, Treatment Rooms, ECG, X-Ray, an ENT room, a Mammogram, Triage, and a Health Assessment Center.
