Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible student, who will work on a position as an Office Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

a) Office tasks

• Receiving clients and managing reception duties
• Handling phone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Overseeing office & kitchen supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary
• Ensuring office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Facilities management

b) Administrative tasks & team coordination

• Internal communication with our employees
• Providing administrative support to department heads
• Operational administration of the company
• Logistic support for all company activities
• Occasional assistance in the organization of company wide events (teambuildings, conferences etc.)
• Occasional assistance in our marketing department (organising conferencers, ordering promo materials etc.)

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a student near the end of his studies (preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Business, or other similar universities, but others are also considered), who is able to work Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours a day, at our office in Zagreb. Experience in the same or similar jobs is preferred, but not necessary. Knowledge of the English language and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are mandatory.
