Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Data Analytics)

Overview

On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build an AI-native data analytics platform. The company is developing technology that connects directly to modern data warehouses and enables teams to generate insights without moving data or writing SQL.

The role focuses on building an AI-driven analytics system capable of reasoning through complex business questions and delivering insights through autonomous AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services in Python that power AI-driven analytics systems.
• Build and optimize SQL-generation engines that translate natural language into warehouse queries.
• Develop modern React-based interfaces that enable users to interact with AI-driven insights.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
• Work closely with product leadership to design and launch new AI-powered features.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across the analytics platform.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Deep experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Experience using Docker for development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of SQL and modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Interest or experience working with LLMs or AI systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data engineering or analytics.
• Experience with vector databases or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across Europe.
