I would like to write couple words about me in these letter . I am chef with experience working on all kitchen segments.

Thro my carier i work meny diferent jobs as you can se from my cv applied on your web site , couse of that i find my experience competative. I chouse pastry section couse there i find for me best work private life balance and that was my silent dream for a decade .

I am talented person in knowlage of all kitchen tehnuikues courently working as the pastri chef in one 5 star hotel in Austria and aveilable from midle of April . Moust emportant thing as a candedate is that i am reloceting in Zurich where i plan settle and live. My German is Intermediate , English High level , Croatian mother lenguage .

I am 38 jears old ,father,ex husband .. love music,nature,cikling,boating,fishing ... If you are enterested i can send you one mastery diploma from Croatia and many other but its not so relevant for these aplication. Up you can se some of tehnuikues i use for searving menues.

In knovlage of working with chocolate can produce pralines , have some of my ovn enteresting recepies. This all if you have aveilable pastry position if not i can contribute any other kitchen position. I also have experience with banquets i was working 5 years in the bigest banquet in Dubrovnik croatia so i can understand and deliver.

I am serious about my work wiling to inprouv my knovlage and with it any section in which i work. Aveilable from these moment.
