DevOps Engineer

Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines

• automated security/vulnerability scans of dependencies and container images
• SAST/DAST tools (compatible with GitHub Enterprise)
• image signing and verification

Manage secrets and credentials

• securely using vaults or secret management tools
• secure secrets across ArgoCD and OpenShift/Kubernetes

Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)

Observability

• integrate logging and monitoring for secutiry events
• familiatity with SIEM tools
• ability to respond to security incidents

Infrastructure as Code

• Automate provisioning using IaC tools (e.g., Helm, ArgoCD)
• Secure IaC templates and enfore best practices

Maintain observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

Manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes).

Develop automation scripts for security and operational tasks.

Support agile development with rapid, secure deployments.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and compliance teams.

Continuously improve security posture through feedback loops and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Experience with IaC tools such as ArgoCD and Helm
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control
• Understanding of secure CI/CD practices
• English language skills at a communicative level
