We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across the EMEA region in a hybrid role based in Budapest, Hungary. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum!

You will expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate seamlessly across global time zones, and support a diverse range of executive and regional activities. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and operate with precision will directly enhance leadership efficiency and strategic focus.

- Efficiently manage and maintain calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with teams across different time zones to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and refine documents, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support senior leaders with special projects, initiatives, and operational tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a professional, personable, and reliable point of contact for executives and EMEA teams.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility to coordinate and communicate across multiple time zones as needed.
- Strong event coordination capabilities, particularly for regional team-building activities and offsite events.
