You will:

• Design and develop mission-critical Java applications supporting Market Risk functions
• Contribute to a major modernization initiative while supporting business-critical production systems
• Architect scalable, secure and high-performing solutions
• Work closely with global stakeholders and engineering teams
• Drive technical discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Optimize database queries and data models for large-scale environments
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, automation solutions and AI-driven development practices
• Help shape the technical roadmap of the platform

✅ You have:

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong experience with Spring and relational databases
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures and design patterns
• Experience designing and building scalable enterprise systems
• Strong SQL and database optimization skills
• Experience with automated testing and JUnit
• Scripting experience in Python and/or Shell
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in international teams
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high engineering standards
