Main Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions across US Brands.
• Identify and assess business needs that align with product strategy, ensuring a harmonized commercial data foundation.
• Design and define data ingestion processes to ensure efficient data flow, integration, and quality across systems.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and test cases based on business requirements, collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams.
• Champion data quality by implementing robust assessment measures that improve accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor team members on data analysis best practices and product data standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX), and cybersecurity requirements.

About You

• Proven experience in data analysis, data manipulation, and data management — with strong SQL querying skills as a core competency.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including design patterns and load strategies; familiarity with Snowflake, ETL/ELT, Informatica, and AWS is a strong plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is highly valued.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify high-leverage insights, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments; knowledge of Six Sigma and Agile practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital data sources (web, email, social media, TV) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
