I lived in the United States for thirteen years, where I learned the standards of exceptional guest service while working in the spa departments of five-star hotels in California. In Hungary, I built on that experience by leading spa, wellness, thermal bath, hotel, and leisure operations with a strong focus on efficiency, service quality, team performance, and sustainable revenue growth.

I have fourteen years of leadership experience in spa and wellness operations. I have been part of the opening teams of two facilities, managed operations across every level—from front desk and cashier functions to technical plant operations—and supervised multiple locations simultaneously. My experience includes team leadership, staff training, process improvement, cost control, guest experience, operational restructuring, and business development.

Alongside my hospitality background, I have extensive experience in SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, Local SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing. I also work with AI Search Visibility, GEO/AEO, and optimization for platforms such as Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.

I am also an active Amazon KDP publisher, with practical experience in book market research, niche validation, keyword research, competitor analysis, publishing, product positioning, and book optimization.

Five-star, 109-room themed family resort within the Accor portfolio. As a member of the hotel’s pre-opening team, I was responsible for launching and establishing the operations of the Familypark and Wellness departments.

• Managed a team of 22–30 employees depending on season, including activity staff, lifeguards, cashiers, massage therapists, and beauticians.

Spa Director | Tamási Thermal Spa

Full operational responsibility for a thermal and medical spa welcoming approximately 160,000–170,000 guests annually. I joined during the final phase of the development project and participated in preparing the new facility for opening.

• Led a team of 25–38 employees, including cashiers, lifeguards, cleaners, technical staff, and groundskeepers.
• Provided operational oversight and professional support to additional facilities within the parent company’s portfolio, including Portobello Wellness Hotel Esztergom, Hotel Castello Siklós, the thermal spa facilities in Esztergom and Siklós, and the municipal swimming pool in Csurgó.
