Back End Developer (Java Spring Boot)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in Backend Development or a similar role.
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, as well as coordinate effectively with other related teams.
• Willingness and ability to contribute ideas and provide input for team and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding and experience in writing and working with SQL queries.

Additional Skills

• Experience leading a Backend Development team.
• Experience working with Elasticsearch and other non-relational databases.

Work Arrangement

• Employment type: Contract
• Contract duration: 6 months (extendable)
• Location: West Jakarta
• Work type: On-site/Work from Office (WFO)
• Expected join date: November/December 2026 (immediate joiners are preferred)
