Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Manager.

The Data

Manager will oversee data collection, organization, and accuracy across multiple healthcare coding and documentation projects.

Key responsibilities include ensuring data compliance with regulatory standards, analyzing datasets to support process improvement, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with internal teams to implement efficient data management strategies. The role also includes monitoring data quality, troubleshooting discrepancies, and safeguarding sensitive patient data through robust security practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in data organization, data entry, and data analysis methodologies
• Experience with compliance-focused processes
• Strong skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and improving data workflows in healthcare settings
• Ability to develop detailed reports and insights for internal teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
