Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer who will be responsible for working on client projects from Japan. The role will focus on various aspects of development, including implementing a recording bot, UI enhancements, bug fixing, database migration, and integrating third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on the stack (if required).
• Implement research findings (if any).
• Work on tasks according to the assignment, including Recording Bot Integration, Bug Fixing, Database Migration, and UI enhancement.
• Attend direct meetings with the client (if needed).
• Build a website as per the tech lead’s direction.
• Translate UI/UX design into a fully functional website by writing code.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and features in a production environment
• Translate requirements into clear technical tasks and implementation plans
• Review and evaluate implementation plans from peers and AI-generated solutions

Requirements

2-3 years of experience with :

• Python.
• Typescript.
• React.js.
• PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in AWS + Terraform & Docker.
• Experienced in Material UI.
• Knowledge of how to optimally use Claude Code (will be provided) + Model Context Protocol.
• Familiarity with Third Party Integration (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Teams, Google Enterprise).
