Role Description

T he Full Stack Engineer will work on-site at the Syspex Learning Center facility in West Java, Indonesia in a full-time capacity. This role will drive our digital transformation by building innovative software that integrates web applications with safety, robotics, IoT, and automation systems also involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day tasks include implementing user interfaces, building APIs, integrating system, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and security. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technical, and automation specialists, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities also include reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, writing documentation, and continuously improving development processes and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain web applications, ranging from responsive front-end interfaces to robust back-end APIs and middleware.
• Systems & API Integration: Architect and integrate APIs to enable real-time data flow between hardware components, web applications, and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and WCS.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with commercial and technology teams to conduct technical demos, evaluate systems, and deliver tailored digital solutions to clients.
• Onsite & Field Support: Assist field teams with software components during onsite installations, perform site checks, and provide technical consultation.
• Technical Escalation: Resolve complex software and integration issues while documenting solutions to ensure long-term product quality

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, including Responsive UI and API integration.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript for building high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, schemas, joins, and indexing.
• Experience with Git workflows, SDLC, Linux CLI, and Docker containerization.
• Eagerness to integrate web applications with industrial hardware (PLCs, Robotics, AMR, AGV, WCS) and networking protocols.
• Self-motivated with s trong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and attention to detail in documentation and testing are required.
• Prior working experience in software or digital automation.
• Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle for occasional onsite visits
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and work on-site in West Java is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices in web applications is an advantage.
