Role Description The Fullstack Developer (Flutter & Node JS) role at SIGMATECH is a contract, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, the developer designs, implements, and maintains fullstack applications using Flutter for cross-platform front-end interfaces and Node JS for back-end services and APIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating front-end and back-end components, and optimizing performance and security.

The developer collaborates closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other engineers, participates in code reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement of the development process. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring high-quality releases within agile project frameworks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including experience with Flutter and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, preferably using Node JS and related frameworks to design APIs, handle data operations, and ensure scalable architectures.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with modern development practices such as version control (e.g., Git), unit and integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in agile teams.
• Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should possess experience working with relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and basic security best practices for web and mobile applications.
• Candidates should possess an interest in staying current with evolving technologies in Flutter, Node JS, and fullstack development;

  experience in mission-critical or enterprise environments is an advantage.
