Achieve and consistently exceed ROAS targets across performance campaigns through efficient, strategic, and data-driven budget allocation.Define and own performance objectives, set strategic priorities, and manage media budgets with full accountability for revenue delivery and business impact.
Provide clear strategic direction and governance over campaign execution, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and strong alignment with client business objectives.
Lead, evaluate, and manage media partners, platforms, and vendors, leveraging strong industry relationships to drive commercial outcomes, efficiency, and maximum ROAS target.
Set clear performance standards, conduct critical execution reviews, and lead, coach, and develop internal teams and external partners, ensuring continuous capability improvement and execution excellence.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams to ensure full-funnel alignment between performance marketing, business objectives, and revenue outcomes within a hybrid or remote work environment.
RequirementsMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven paid digital advertising, with a strong focus on lower-funnel optimization and measurable commercial impact.
Deep technical expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, and Marketplace platforms, with a proven ability to drive conversions, ROAS, and revenue growth.
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to understand client business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into effective performance marketing strategies.
Proven leadership experience of at least 3 years, with the ability to set clear standards, lead teams, and develop both internal performance specialists and external partners.
Extensive experience working with and managing media platforms, technology vendors, and third-party partners, supported by a strong and active industry network.
Demonstrated experience owning and managing media budgets, driving performance optimization, and ensuring accountability for revenue delivery and business impact.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, German, or French will be considered a strong advantage.
Based in Jabodetabek or willing to relocate, with flexibility to meet clients and pursue opportunities aggressively.
