Project Controller – Software

About the Role We are looking for a Project Controller who will act as a project auditor to monitor project progress, identify gaps between project deliverables and actual conditions, and ensure projects remain aligned with their targets.

You will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to identify issues, evaluate project conditions, and recommend appropriate action plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project audits and monitor project progress against agreed deliverables and targets.
• Identify gaps between planned deliverables and actual project conditions.
• Work closely with Project Managers to analyze project gaps and potential risks.
• Develop and recommend action plans to address identified gaps.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and project follow-ups.
• Provide project status, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, scope, quality, and deliverables.
• Support monitoring across multiple projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, System Analysis, IT Consulting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management and IT project processes.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify gaps and potential project risks.
• Able to work across multiple projects and switch priorities effectively.
• Fast learner and adaptable to different project environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to provide practical recommendations and follow up on action plans.
• Willing to work WFO in Yogyakarta.
