Description

As a Python Data Developer, you will contribute to the backbone of a Project Content Creation platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate with the front-end team to deliver seamless integration and work closely with the CTO to implement technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain micro-services using Python and FastApi.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL) for high performance.
• Implement and manage task workflows using Celery.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure secure and efficient data handling.
• Integrate self-hosted or third-parties AI services to new or existing services.
• Contribute to containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure deployment using Docker and Terraform.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests, ensuring the stability and reliability of the codebase.
• Provide maintenance and bug fixes post-deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in back-end development using Python.
• Proficiency in relational database design and optimization with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with distributed systems, caching strategies, and high-availability applications.
• Experience with AI strategies development aligned with business goals, focusing on industrial IoT (IIoT) and edge computing.
• Knowledge of message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and task management using Celery.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools (Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with state-of-the art generative AI models (LLMs, image/video)
• Capacity to train/fine-tune/evaluate AI models using common ML libraries.
• Good English, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.

Profile Required:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-end development, primarily with Python.
• Experience with Industrial AI.
• Proven track record of working with PostgreSQL.
• A product-focused mindset committed to building high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong commitment to automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
