Python Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Jakarta at TechTiera Services Indonesia.

The Python

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and applications using Python and relevant frameworks.

Responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, and product management. The role also involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

• 3 Years experience in Python
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with at least one major Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with front-end applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience using frontend HTML 5
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of software testing practices, such as unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
• Understanding of secure coding principles, performance tuning, and error handling in production environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document designs clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
