Fullstack Mobile Developer (React Native)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance mobile applications using React Native, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience across Android and iOS platforms.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL or PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and application performance.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to maintain high-quality and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, application monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English within local and regional project teams.

Minimum Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong experience with React Native
• MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Git Version Control
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Mobile Developer or Mobile Fullstack Developer
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining React Native mobile applications
• Experience developing customer-facing mobile applications, portals, or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of system integration, API design, and microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL databases and writing efficient, optimized queries
• Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, authorization, and secure API development
• Experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control tools
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
