Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in West Java. In this role, you will support day-to-day sales activities, assist customers, maintain accurate records, and help the sales team achieve its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.

• Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant internal teams.

• Help resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Prepare regular sales updates and reports.

About you

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or administration is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational ability.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
