Senior Full Stack Developer

Senior Full Stack Developer with solid end-to-end experience in building web and Flutter applications

Qualifications

Speak fluent

English.

• Ability to work both collaboratively in team-oriented environment or independently when required.
• An expert in your field, knowing the what, how to, and why behind your implementation.
• Possess bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar fields.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP and ReactJS development

  , with strong proficiency in modern practices, frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony), and application architecture.

Experience in

Flutter development, with hands-on involvement in building and maintaining mobile applications,

is required

.

• Ability to work independently as a solo developer when required, taking full ownership of analysis, development, testing, and delivery of PHP & ReactJS related projects.
• Proven experience acting as the technical expert or go-to person for PHP and ReactJS solutions within a team, able to provide guidance, recommendations, and best practices.

Solid understanding of

API development

, RESTful standards, and integration with third-party services.

Strong competency in

MongoDB database

, including query optimisation and schema design.

• Experience with version control workflows

  (Git, branching strategies, code reviews) and familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose complex application issues, including performance bottlenecks and system-level problems.
• Comfort working with cloud-hosted environments

  , Linux servers, and deployment processes.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and explaining technical decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while still being capable of driving tasks forward independently when needed.
