This is an on-site, full-time role located in Pandaan for a Supervisor Analytical Development at Infion Pharmaceutical Company. The Supervisor Analytical Development will be responsible for leading analytical projects, ensuring the accurate development and validation of analytical methods, overseeing quality control processes, and documenting related technical reports.
The role also includes managing laboratory operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to accurately develop and validate analytical methods
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments
Experience in Program Development and process improvements in analytical methodologies
Proven ability in Team Management to lead laboratory staff and achieve project goals
Knowledge of compliance requirements and quality standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
Industry experience in analytical development or quality control is preferred
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and accuracy
