I have recently finished my master's program in Civil Engineering, concentrating on Project Management at the University of Indonesia. My postgraduate thesis is on Land Value Capture (LVC) implementation on the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road as an SOE Assignment project.
I started my career in 2018 as a supervisor at PT Meta Adhya Tirta Umbulan on the Umbulan Water Supply Project, which was the pilot project delivered through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme in Indonesia. The company is a consortium of PT Medco Gas Indonesia and PT Bangun Cipta Kontraktor in partnership with the East Java Government.
The Umbulan Water Supply Project was a national strategic project with a capital of USD 140.7 million. The project consist of a water treatment plant with a production capacity of 4,000 l/s and transmitted through ninety-kilometer-long main water transmission pipeline providing 320,000 households with clean water across five cities and regencies in East Java, done on a tight schedule.
Project engages multi-stakeholders across the province of East Java and the central government, crossing many private-owned land parcels, and public utilities such as gas pipelines, existing water pipelines, national roads, toll roads, rivers, and railroads.

I recently graduated from my postgraduate program in Civil Engineering, concentrating on Project Management at the University of Indonesia.
