Aditya Wiwoho is a seasoned Talent Acquisition and People Operations leader with over 15 years of experience across recruitment, HR strategy, and business operations. He has a proven track record of scaling teams globally, driving employer branding initiatives, and implementing efficient hiring processes across diverse regions, including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Currently serving as People & Operations Lead at LVNG since August 2024, Aditya designs and executes HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, oversees end-to-end talent management, and cultivates a high-performance workplace culture. In addition, he manages core operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to strategic planning and risk management initiatives.

Previously, Aditya held leadership roles at Koltiva as Talent Acquisition Manager, at BisaAja as Co-Founder, and at ADAMAR Recruitment as Principal Recruiter. His experience spans startups and established organizations, demonstrating his agility in managing recruitment, operations, and organizational growth. He holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School and is fluent in English and Indonesian.

Aditya Wiwoho holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, completed in June 2019 with a scholarship from the Department of Human Resource Management. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta, in August 2010, and a Diploma in Marketing from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, in December 1999.
