Various work experiences in the fields of human resources, legal, risk management and internal audit in several national and international companies.

Work experiences supported with knowledge in fields of human resources, law, risk management and audit inspection. The diverse knowledge possessed strengthens competence in business strategy, analytical thinking and leadership.

Currently I have an interest in the fields of human resources and business law, which support in making strategic company policies in increasing company productivity and profitability. Increasing productivity is important in maintaining a company’s competitive advantage in market competition, especially in volatile, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguous situations.
