- Define, design, test, and implement e-collection applications for user 133 user recovery to reduce manual process in the branch.
- Successfully assisted and implemented the collection program initiative (expired date project and prolonged handled fc from bucket 60 days pastdue to 150 days pastdue) thereby increasing consumer bill payments.
- Successfully fixed a total of 36 issues that occurred on e-collection system and successfully monitored the issues from occurring again.
- Successfully carried out the migration process of moving the e-collection mobile application from Blackberry Work APK to Microsoft Intune to enforce security and compliance policies, support hybrid and remote work, and protect corporate data.
