• IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Inspect incoming coil materials and verify the dimensional accuracy of sub-assembly parts at the Start, Middle, and End stages.
• IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Inspect assembled parts after the joining/assembly process, including welding quality, appearance, and other quality aspects.
• OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Inspect finished parts before shipment to the customer, ensuring they are free from rust and have an acceptable appearance
