Conduct MPP (Man Power Analysis) analysis per department
Carrying out the recruitment and selection process for prospective new employees
Create and conduct performance appraisal framework and SOP
Assist OD Team create job description and collect from all departement
Assist OD Team to make valid organizational structure
Assist OD Team in daily administrative task
