Bachelor of Psychology graduate from Universitas Indonesia with hands-on experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning content creation. Skilled in designing engaging, learner-centered training programs for corporate and professional audiences using adult learning principles and digital learning tools. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to delivering impactful learning experiences and continuously developing industry-relevant skills.

With over 3 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, I have designed and developed learner-centered training programs, e-learning modules, and educational content for corporate, professional, and government-related audiences. My experience includes creating end-to-end learning materials such as curricula, slide decks, assessments, facilitator guides, and interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360/Rise. I have worked closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development and quality control of corporate trainings, Kartu Prakerja programs, workshops, webinars, and bootcamps across diverse industries and organizations.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Indonesia with a GPA of 3.86/4.00 and awarded Cum Laude honors as one of the Top 5 graduates from the Faculty of Psychology. During my studies, I developed strong foundations in human behavior, learning processes, communication, and research, which later supported my career in instructional design and curriculum development. I also graduated as one of the top 10 students in Social Sciences from SMAN 34 Jakarta and won 1st place in an English News Anchor Competition held by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
