I gained professional experience through two internships. First, as a Data Analyst Intern at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Tanjung Priok for 2 months, where I analyzed and visualized financial data, created interactive dashboards, and streamlined reporting workflows using Excel, Power BI, and Python to support operational efficiency. Then, as a Business Improvement Intern at PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama for 7 months, I contributed to business process mapping, CRM migration, and strategic improvement projects in the Marketing Service and Remanufacture departments.
My key achievements included delivering multiple Process Charts (PCs) and Business Requirement Specifications (BRSs), assisting in User Guidance and UAT, and developing a Service Job Order Price Standardization project, where I applied Design Thinking and Six Sigma to produce a prototype website COGS calculator that improved pricing consistency and process optimization.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agroindustrial Technology from Universitas Padjadjaran (2021–2025, GPA 3.71/4.00). My studies specialized in Agroindustrial Systems, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Data Analytics, with exposure to programming, decision-making tools, and artificial intelligence. Through academic projects, internships, and a final thesis, I developed skills in statistical analysis, process design, project management, innovation, and sustainable agroindustry practices, supported by active involvement in student organizations that enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
