My Name Is Ashar Junandar. I am a professional marketing-branding and sales with extensive experience in a wide range of areas, including retail, customers, fashion, media, digital, agency, and consultancy, spanning 15 years with more than 10 years as a team leader.
I am a strategic thinker and an inspiring leader, result-oriented, with excellent team-building skills, effective business communication, and highly adaptive in any business situation. My education background was in Statistics (GPA: 3,38/4,00) at Padjadjaran University, Bandung, West Java (Graduated: 2005).
My technical skills are: Marketing-sales & brand strategy (planning, tactics, program); media-advertising; digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing content development, marketing research, STP (segmenting, targeting, positioning), and marketing budgeting. Sales distribution channel, B2B/B2C sales (forecasting, activation, promotion, offline/online operation). Brand identity development, brand campaign, customer experience & relationship management, analytics & reporting.
