My work experience

2019-2020

as an internship student at PT. GlaxoSmithKline in the QA department - Validation. Where my responsibilities are;

• rearrange validation's documents in Repository Documents Validation and ensuring the documents are organized
• Validation track and trace. Look for validation document and last approval qualification of critical equipment, then determine review qualification
• participate in making validation summary report
• participate in making a site validation master plan
• help to review gap analysis between new and existing SOPs

2021-present

As QA staff in PT EMJEBE PHARMA

• Review and update validation qualification schedule
• Briefing and managing team validation qualification, analyst, and operator
• Review and pass or not pass analyst or operator result in process control qualification.
• Handle deviation and investigation of test result off out spesification during validation and qualification
• Work with QA manager, Production manager, QC manager, RnD manager, Logistic manager to close deviation

I studied Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at the University of Jember from 2015 to 2019. Then I continued the pharmacist profession or Apothecary from 2019 to 2020 at the University of Jember
