Position: Spare Part Management 

Job Desk

1. Responsible for spare parts tracking and status reporting on daily basis.
2. Be responsible for overall day-to-day operations and ensure inbound and outbound processes are running smoothly and effectively.
3. Lead a team of technicians responsible for material movement (e.g., inventory management/tracking, inventory staging)
4. Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.
5. Create the standard process and procedures for spare parts handling, delivery and return processes.
6. Monitor for spare parts handling, delivery and return processes are strictly followed by 3PL and field team.
7. Working with Customer Asset Team for material tracing and utilization.
8. Working with customer to return unused spares to customer warehouse.
9. Review inventory level in order maintain stock level.
10. Perform spare part audit with Customer Audit Team.
11. Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries.
12. Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
13. Follows all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to RMA warranty process.
