• Participating in training sessions to detect the health of tree collections using the ArborSonic 3D Acoustic Tomograph tool and determining subsequent actions 
• Conducting stomatal observations on Begonia plants to gather research data 

• Preparing practicums’ materials and assisting 38 students 
• Successfully clone protease gene from Bacillus subtilis to Escherichia coli DH5 α using pUC19 as vector with restriction enzyme and PCR based method
