- Leading and supervising external and internal counsel in regard to legal due diligence and overall acquisition project;
- Leading and supervising the legal team on the acquisition of several major label and publishing companies in Indonesia;
- Developed legal strategies for investment and joint ventures with numerous popular singers and authors in Indonesia.
- Successfully developed, executed, and managed legal procedure plans in the newly established company;
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supervising the legal daily operations including but not limited to the artist, talent, copyright owners/holders, employment, and pre-acquisition contracts;
- Managing and overseeing the risks of copyrights and related rights acquisition from notable copyright authors, publishers, and labels in Indonesia;
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the members of the Legal Department team;
