Carried out an administrative support for Resources Management Department's (Business Development, Legal and B2B Partnership) work streams such as:
- Managing over 1,600+ Client Databases and Document Preparations (Legal Agreement and Operational Document)
- Handling over 15+ document formatting, scanning, and delivery to other parties (arranging internal and/or external couriers to send the documents to other parties), and processing invoices from client for both hard-copies and electronic filing systems in a day
- Maintaining 1,400+ database report and also registering 200+ new deals proposals and agreements
- Utilizing Microsoft Office as a primary tools to provide communication and proofreads confidential document such as Perjanjian Kerjasama, Perpanjangan Kerjasama, Addendum, Berita Acara, Gambar Kerja and Surat Perizinan Kerja
- Addressed over 50+ media contents for ad airing weekly and acted as a point of contact to follow up 10+ clients for sales activation per brand campaign
- Reporting day-to-day task to Resources Management (Business Development) Assistant Manager
Data Entry Officer at Target Media Nusantara | Focus Media Group Indonesia (May 2023 – Aug 2023)
Carried out an administrative clerk specialized for media and internal web system, such as:
- Registering over 1,400+ building property profiles along with its unit request, as well as generating 2,000+ unique serial numbers for LED TV units using the company's web system
- Inputting 195+ property locations and its screens to an internal web system in a day
- Organizing, double-checking, and summarizing 170+ TV screens database in MS Excel
- Reporting day-to-day task to Assistant Manager System Engineer and Media Operation Coordinator
