Emmanuela Audrey

I'm Ella, a 2021 graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada in International Relations. I ventured to Morocco in November 2022, calling Rabat my current home. My contract for my last job ended last November 2024.

For the current moment, I love to dive into different industries. This diverse journey has shaped me into an individual with various insights and equipped with a multifaceted skill set.

From my diverse roles (as you can see from my experiences below), I've woven a skill set focused on project management, client communication & interpretation, research and analysis, event coordination, and administrative proficiency. Managing overlapping responsibilities across various roles has also honed my adeptness at multitasking.

Some of the things I adore: street food, thrift shops, restaurants with warm yellow lights, Asian cuisine, rooftops, aimless Ikea visits, Nordic noir series, fried food, Ted Lasso, french fries, kiwi, and, well, food in general.

Economy and Protocol Staff (Contract)

• Assist in planning and executing embassy events, including receptions, business matching, cultural activities. 
• Accommodate and support Indonesian delegations participating in meetings or events in Morocco.
• Monitor a wide range of news sources to gather relevant and timely information.
• Handle additional administrative duties and tasks.

General Elections Committee of Indonesia (Jan - Feb 2024)

Voting Organizer for the 2024 Presidential and House of Representatives Elections (Project-based)

• Set up, organized, and monitored the voting booth area to make sure strict adherence to voting regulations.
• Handled registrations and assisted voters to understand the voting process and ballot instructions.
• Conducted vote counting and prepared necessary documentation to report the results back to headquarters. 

Yayasan Solar Chapter Indonesia (Oct 2021 - Oct 2023)

• Oversee all operations and business activities involving 8 branches, 127 students, and 7 villages that includes finding sponsorships, fundraising, financial bookkeeping, and planning internal events.
• Developed operational procedures, strategic plan, and organization’s culture aligned with its vision and mission which is for vulnerable communities to get access to clean water and develop climate resilience.
• Prepared meeting points, emails, newsletters, presentations, and other administrative work.
