Experience in building and developing libraries until they successfully won Accreditation A of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia and achievements in the city-level library competition. Have competence in managing digital-based libraries and archives using SLiMS and INLISlite, and are familiar with drafting policies, SOPs, and administrative reports. 1. Head of Library – SMK Muhammadiyah Cangkringan (2022 - 2024) Leading the process of establishing and developing libraries from the planning to operational stages, which resulted in Accreditation A of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023 through the fulfillment of institutional standards, collections, services, human resources, and infrastructure. Managing library collections, digital archives, and institutional documentation using SLiMS and INLISlite automation systems, including collection processing, membership data management, and preparation of data-based administrative reports by maintaining quality, order, and ease of access to information. Cataloging, classifying, and applying metadata consistently to digital and print collections. Plan and manage the procurement, classification, and development of print and digital collections, while ensuring all library services runs optimally and reaches over 600 active users. Providing training and assistance for librarians and library staff. Design, implement, and evaluate information literacy and digital literacy programs, including promoting libraries through social media and school activities to increase the utilization of library services. Prepare policies, SOPs, and guidelines for library and archive managers in accordance with the rules for their scientists. Supporting the information needs of users (students and education staff as a form of academic service).
2. Librarian – SMP Negeri 6 Yogyakarta (2024 - 2025) 

• Achievement: The managed library won 3rd place in the Junior High School Library Competition in Yogyakarta City in 2025. 
• Providing reference services and information tracing assistance for students and educators to support school learning and literacy activities.
• Managing school library operations, including technical services (procurement, processing, cataloging, and classification of collections) and user services (circulation, reference, and user guidance).
• Develop and manage print and digital collections, including media archive processing and digital documentation, with the support of SLiMS automation system for collection and membership management. 
• Develop and implement innovative library programs that support information literacy and increase visits and utilization of library services. 
• Collaborating with teachers and schools to integrate library information resources into the learning process.
• Compile library and archive reports periodically and manage library social media as a means of promoting activities and digital literacy.
