I'm a Data Analyst Associate with a background in Sharia Economics. I focus on business efficiency and data validity. I'm a specialist in Data Cleaning and Finding Anomalies. I make sure all business decisions come from accurate data, not just guesses.

In my Olist 2018 project, I found that 7.7% of late deliveries changed customer satisfaction scores from 5 to 1.

Technical Focus

• SQL & Python: I work with large datasets (100k+ rows) and use statistical tests like Mann-Whitney U, Spearman, cohort analysis, etc.
• A/B Testing: I check if marketing campaigns work using statistics.
• Visualization: I make simple and clear dashboards with Tableau and Excel.

I'm a disciplined self-learner. I practice logic on LeetCode every day. I also use AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT to fix code and analyze data faster.

Now, I'm looking for a job as a Junior Data Analyst in E-commerce, Startups, or Marketing. In the future, I want to learn more about Machine Learning and AI.

Intern ( KSPPS BMT NU Jatim Cabang Utama )

During intern, I learned about Sharia microfinance operations in many roles, from Customer Service to Financing. This experience taught me about real financial data cycles and why accurate data is important for a business.

Main Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Financial Data Validation (Excel): I used Excel to check for errors in financial records. This improved my skills in finding data anomalies.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: I designed and managed surveys to collect customer feedback. This helped improve the company’s services.
• Risk & Credit Monitoring: I monitored customers with late payments (follow-up calls) to help reduce credit risks.
• Data Administration & Verification: I managed financing files and checked physical assets to ensure data validity.
• Business Communication: I explained complex financial products (margin and loans) to new customers in simple words.
• Fund Management: I helped collect and record social funds (maal) with transparency.

Financing Staff ( KSPPS BMT NU Jatim Cabang Rubaru )

I was part of a new team to start the gold financing product from zero. I helped build the market strategy and managed credit risks in a new office environment.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Market Analysis & Promotion: I analyzed strategic locations to share promotion materials. This helped more people know about our new products.
• Customer Acquisition: I explained complex financial products in simple words to new customers.
• Risk Management: I monitored customers with late payments. I used persuasive communication for debt collection to reduce risks.
