- Running as Busdev & Sales Marketing Director to make sure as Company need future business & Targeting of Sales Marketing.
- Lead business Plan achievement monthly and yearly each Unit of Business also Future Plan.
- Working out for Business Development plan and strategy Plan.
- Prospect development new investment to Investor.
- Maintained Business corporate.
- Work with KPI ( Key Performance Indicator ) trough all each Head of Department.
- Monthly review analysis strategy in monthly report P&L comparison each unit • Analysis & Monitoring of customer online review comment.
- Reporting to President of Commissioner for monthly report
- All Unit Business Promotion Programs set up By Revenue Oriented
- Responsible for all budgeting revenue & Expense from all unit.
- Enforce & supporting the team with high expectation target along action plan each Head Department
- Coaching action Plan from each Head Of Department to be implemented in Internal also external area
- Managing, programming and Saving plan objective to Head Department related
