Currently serving as a Senior HSE Advisor for Drilling, Completion & Workover at Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR), I provide HSE leadership and technical support for drilling and well operations. My field leadership has contributed to strong safety performance, including more 1,500 consecutive SIFO-Free Days, Zero Recordable Incidents, Zero Fatalities, Zero NOA, Zero DAFW, Zero RWDC, Zero Medical Treatment Cases, and Zero First Aid Cases during supported operations. I place strong emphasis on proactive hazard identification, workforce engagement, coaching, field verification, and disciplined execution of critical activities to promote sustainable Incident and Injury Free (IIF) operations.

I hold a Master of Applied Occupational Health and Safety (M.App.OHS) from Gadjah Mada University, have contributed as a co-author to an Occupational Health and Safety publication for the Oil & Gas sector, and have published research related to drilling rig mast inspection and ergonomic risk assessment in lifting activities. I am also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, further strengthening the integration of HSE expertise with drilling and petroleum operations.
