Lead government affairs, regulatory execution, HSE, administration, general affairs and site support operations for a multinational manufacturing greenfield investment. Report locally to the Factory Manager and at HQ level to the Chief Operating Officer and HR & Admin Director.

• Lead the regulatory roadmap and permit governance for site readiness, mapping authority requirements, key dependencies and execution risks across environmental, building, operational, power, equipment, labor and foreign worker compliance.
• Advise local and HQ leadership on regulatory exposure, permit sequencing, authority escalation and mitigation options affecting project execution, operational readiness and site continuity.
• Direct 24 employees and oversee 24 vendor-managed personnel across Government Affairs, HSE, Administration, General Affairs, security, pest control, dormitory, canteen and site support services.
• Coordinate with central and regional authorities, overseas stakeholders, foreign executives, international customer representatives and local communities to protect site continuity and reduce external operational risk.
• Review and recommend vendors for approx. USD 35.15M construction-related tender and build-out activities, including construction, UKL-UPL, PBG, SLF, wastewater treatment and solar power plant scopes.
• Ensure vendor scopes reflect work permits, HSE requirements, labor obligations, regulatory dependencies and approval requirements, helping identify non-compliant vendors and reduce delay risk.
• Led successful SCAN and GSV third-party security audit readiness through security readiness coordination, documentation control, infrastructure compliance, and cross-functional alignment.

Project Coordinator at United States Department of Justice - ICITAP (2015-10 – 2023-03)

• Coordinated U.S. Government-supported law enforcement capacity-building programs involving Indonesian government institutions, regulators, international experts and senior stakeholders.
