I graduated in Electrical Engineering from Yogyakarta Technology University. I am now interested in projects related to welding. I am able to work with a team, and as an individual. My last experience in the Lotte Chemical Indonesia Project Cilegon, and RDMP JO Balikpapan and Pelindo Dumai Project. Now im looking for new challenges in the next project.

Electrical Technician Assistant (Internship) at PT. Semen Padang (2021-09 – 2021-11)

• Placed in the WHRPG (Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation) unit.
• Participate in assisting staff in the WHRPG unit in maintenance, repair and replacement of WHRPG unit instruments such as motor conveyors, turbine generators, boilers and Demineralized Water.

Maintenance Engineering Staff at PT. Intan Safety Glass (2023-02 – 2024-01)

• Ensure that preventive maintenance are conducted consistently and machinery downtime manage
• Control of preventive & Cleaning maintenance in order to facilitate the transition to Autonomous Maintenance.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly planned maintenance
• Ensure cost is controlled at the target maximum range set by the finance department
• Submit material requirements for maintenance activities to the purchasing department
• Implement proper planned maintenance with 85% spare part planning accuracy
• Makes maintenance department rolling plan to migrate to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Ensure data management of corrective, breakdown and preventive maintenance
• Increase the overall standard competency of operators maintaining their own machines
• Implement Total Productive maintenance Management System with the help of Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Placed Fire Extinguishers around welding work, Observe sparks during welding activities, Ensure that the potentian for fire has been eliminated
