I have experience as an HR Staff, mainly handling recruitment and employee management processes. My responsibilities included sourcing candidates based on company needs, posting job vacancies on various platforms, screening applications, CVs, and portfolios, as well as verifying candidate information. I also handled pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new employees and conducted monthly performance reviews.

In my previous work experiences, I also gained experience in administration and data entry, which helped me develop strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
