Specifically interested in organizational and industrial process. The beginning of my career was channeling my interest and narrowing my vision to experience much industrial-organizational psychology to gain insights and expand my knowledge.

One thing leads to another, now I'm focusing on emphasizing my psychology background to make a good impact on my surrounding, mainly in the organizational setting.

A bachelor of psychology and am specifically interested in organizational and industrial processes and experienced in this field. I have an embarking HR related working experience for more the last 2 years and currently takes part as HR generalist at one of the tech industry company in South Jakarta.
